Party Time Newark, has been running their legendary Christmas Party to a Party Nights at the Cedric Ford Pavilion, Newark Showground since 1998.

Party Times first Christmas Party Night was attended by some 120 guests, enthusiasm, passion and attention to detail went into the event organising of that first Party Night to
make it a success, those same work ethics
still continue today which is why so many
party groups return year after year!

On arrival guests are greeted by one of our trained door staff, a cloak room is available
for guests to leave their coats before making their way through to the main pavilion.
The Cedric Ford Pavilion has two large bars enabling guests to be served pre dinner drinks as quickly as possible. A traditional Christmas meal of turkey with all the trimmings is served with a choice of starters and desserts. Starters and desserts are chosen on the night at your table, so no need to pre-order, this helps the organiser of your individual party. A vegetarian alternative is always available.

During dinner each table can join in the festive quiz for a chance to win a prize from Santa, once the meal is finished it's time to boogie on down to the Big Rig Disco and the professsional DJ. Alternatively you can enjoy the entertainment in the foyer area. Previous years entertainments have included Toy Dog Racing, a Fun Casino and the muched talked about Rodeo Reindeer!
