Party Time Newark, has been running their legendary Christmas Parties since 1998 at the Cedric Ford Pavilion, Newark Showground.
At a Party Time Christmas Party you will be greeted by professional door staff on arrival. There is a cloak room available for guests to leave their coats before making their way through to the main room.
Guests will receive a three course meal which consists of a choice of starters, a traditional Christmas dinner of turkey with all the trimmings followed by a choice of desserts.
During your dinner every table can join in with the festive quiz and have a chance of winning a present from Santa. Once you have finished your meal there will be music supplied by the professional DJ, plus there is entertainment provided in the foyer which in previous years has consisted of Toy Dog Racing, Fun Casino's and our famous Rodeo Reindeer!
At a Party Time Christmas Party the emphasism is on enjoyment, professionalism and an unfogettable night of fun and entertainment for all our guests!
THE VENUE

THE CEDRIC FORD PAVILLION
The Cedric Ford Pavilion offers luxury surroundings, on the ground floor, for banquets and other social functions and catering for up to 500 people. It features two large bars enabling guests to be served as quickly as possible and self-contained kitchen facilities enabling all food to be prepared on the night.

The Showground is situated adjacent to the junction of the A1, A46 and A17 trunk roads two miles north east of the historic market town of Newark, giving easy access to the country's major road networks. It also benefits from an extensive train network with stops at Newark Northgate and Newark Castlegate stations.
